• Fixed mislocated PLOD mean for POPs in 'find_POPs_lglk'. Added 'upairid' to help cross-check sets of kin-pairs. Some typos and linguistic infelicities fixed in doco of 'find_XXX'.

• Micro tweak to package doc, mentioning 'chain_pairwise'. Increased default 'maxbin' in 'find_HSPs' to have a better chance of exceeding all POPs and FSPs.

• First beta release. Lots of tidy-ups, mostly docu. Now passes CMD CHECK with just one warning, and just a stupid one at that (so, no plans to "fix" it). We're reeady to roll!
